Ginger Lemon Zinger

It is amazing for your whole digestive tract and will improve digestion, relieve stomach pains and aches, and help regulate your system. The ginger also kills off any parasites in your digestive tract. What? Parasites?? Yes, most of us have them.

The lemon in this drink gently, yet efficiently detoxifies the whole body, especially the liver. Like the ginger, it also helps improve digestion by regulating the hydrochloric acid in your stomach.

Ginger Lemon Zinger is a quick, fresh herbal drink that can help in so many ways.


You will need:
  • fresh ginger (NOT powdered)
  • fresh lemons (NOT bottled lemon juice)
  • 4 cups purified, filtered water
  • a blender
  • a knife

Cut about an inch off your ginger.


Drop the ginger into the water and blend until smooth.


Strain out the ginger pulp by pouring it through a strainer.


Add fresh lemon juice to taste. I use 1/2 lemon for 4 cups of water.

Sip on this drink throughout the day. If it's too strong for your taste, just add more water.
