Do You Wash Your Pillowcase?

During the night your facial skin sloughs off dead skin cells, excretes sweat, oils, and rubs dirt into your pillowcase (and makeup if you didn't wash your face before bedtime!). Your pillowcase accumulates all kinds of dirt, makeup, sweat, oils, and dead skin cells. That is where you're putting your face night after night.

Wash your pillowcase every other day, or buy a couple of different pillowcases and change them often.

Keeping your pillowcase clean will keep your face clean for the 6-8 hours while you're sleeping. Especially if you suffer from problem skin, a simple thing like washing your pillowcase can have an impact on the overall health of your skin! Just a simple thing...now do it!

We also recommend washing your face very night before you go to bed. This helps keep your pillowcase and your face clean through the night. When makeup sits on your face it goes deep into your pores and can attribute to large pores and blackheads. It also prevents your skin from breathing properly.

We recommend a 100% Natural and Organic creamy cleanser ~ because why clean your face with a highly toxic chemical mixture...right?
