Monster Spray

You know when kids (or grandkids) come into your room late at night because they can't sleep, are scared or think there might be a monster hiding in the closet? Introducing . . . Monster Spray! Essential oils are very high in both energy and frequency. You can instantly change the energy in a room with a few spritz of homemade Monster Spray.

In a dark glass 2 oz. glass bottle, mix together 2 oz. distilled water with 7 drops of essential oil of your choice. Shake well before each use and let your child liberally spray “Monster Spray” around the room. Spray it on the pillow, under the bed, in the closet, etc. Relax knowing the energy has shifted to good, positive, relaxing energy and by smelling the oils you are also boosting your child’s immune system.

• 2 drops each of Spearmint, Mandarin Red and Tangerine
