What to Do When You Can't Sleep

Can't sleep through the night? Our organic blend Release was formulated to release emotional issues so you can sleep. It is a calming, sedative blend that can help you sleep better.

If you are the kind of person that when you are really stressed out you want to run it off or work it off or go punch something, also you get an upset stomach, gassy, bloating, diarrhea, or constipation then the Relax blend has the oils that will relax your system so you can sleep better.

If you are the kind of person that when you are really stressed out you want to snuggle up and rest. You feel like pulling a blanket over you and you want to eat something and just nestle down. You also tend to hold onto things and not let them go then the Release blend has the oils that will relax your system so you can sleep better.

Release can release emotions like anger and frustration so you can have calm peace. It is highly recommended to use this blend with Spearmint essential oil. If you first inhale Spearmint essential oil for about 5 to 10 minutes, it nurtures and calms your inner child. Then inhale this Release blend for about 5 to 10 minutes. It can aid your body in releasing anger, hate, frustration, anxiety, rage, etc. from the cells of your body so you can enter into calm. This combination can emotionally calm you and let your physical body get the rest it needs.
